We’d like to thank everyone who responded to our customer satisfaction survey in late 2013.

We welcome any constructive thoughts – we're taking on board what we’re doing well and how we could do better. And we’re pleased to reveal...

  • 15% more customers than previously are satisfied with the promptness of our incident resolution
  • Over 90% of customers are happy with the timeliness of our delivery of services
  • Over 90% would consider recommending hSo to a colleague/friend.

The big surprise was that more than 50% didn’t know we offered Server Virtualisation as a service. Clearly we need to blow our trumpet a bit more. We’ll have a word with our marketing department!

Entrants had a chance to win a special prize. The lucky winner of a Virgin Experience day (pictured above to the left of our MD Chris Evans) was Tony Walls, IT Manager at Vocera. He and his wife are looking forward to treating their kids to a trip to the zoo later in the year.
