Stephen Spooner
Stephen Spooner is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has over 40 years of experience in commercial property, including 17 years with The British Land Company PLC, where he was a member of the operating company board.
Stephen has also been Chairman of OSCRE, the international data standards body, ran a renewable energy business and is currently providing consultancy services in real estate management related technologies as a director of Recept Asset Management.
Stephen holds a BSc in Urban Estate Management from The Polytechnic of the South Bank.
