- We’ve retained a high level of satisfaction. More than 90% of customers would consider recommending hSo to a colleague or friend.
- 91% of customers are happy with the timeliness of our delivery of services. Considering what a tough year it has been regarding delivery for some of the big carriers, this is a reassuring result. Naturally, we’re doing our utmost to eliminate delays, no matter what the cause.
- Helpful feedback on the nature of updates customers want to receive from us. We’ve been implementing this in the improved customer portal which is about to go live.
- Interesting insight into customers’ technology strategies. About a third of customers are looking into virtualisation (37% have already done it) and about a third are considering hosted telephony (11% have done it).
