hSo is triple ISO certified, now that our IT Service Management system has been ISO 20000 approved.
We’re proud to add this endorsement to the certifications we were awarded last year for Quality (ISO 9001) and Information Security (ISO 27001).
In June 2014, ISOQAR gave our IT Service Management the thumbs up after rigorously assessing us under the criteria of ISO 20000.

ISO 20000 is the first international standard specifically for IT Service Management. It allows us to ‘demonstrate excellence and prove best practice in IT management’.
Think of it as a stamp of approval that hSo is using ‘an integrated set of management processes … for the effective delivery of services’.
To maintain all three of our ISO certifications, we have to undergo regular independent audits – and we’re delighted to say we’ve been given a clean bill of health after each one to date.
