- Over 90% of customers are happy with the timeliness of our delivery of services
- Over 90% would consider recommending hSo to a colleague/friend.
The big surprise was that more than 50% didn’t know we offered Server Virtualisation as a service. Clearly we need to blow our trumpet a bit more. We’ll have a word with our marketing department!
