Virgin Media has announced dramatic changes to its channel programme.
Of around 500 existing partners, around 400 can no longer place new client orders directly with Virgin Media. They'll need to work with higher-tier Virgin Media partners, such as hSo, instead.

Over the next few months, we're going to significantly expand our cloud hosting platform - doubling the number of physical hosts (servers) underpinning it.
This will ensure we have plenty of spare capacity to accommodate our customers growing needs while still maintaining resilience.

Green Electricity in hSo's London Office - Our London office's power, heating, cooling and lighting is powered by green energy. Our supplier buys renewable power and nuclear power, which are added to the grid. Renewable certificates and carbon offsets make amends for any shortfall.
At the end of December 2019, we asked hSo users to fill in our end of year Customer Service Survey to give their feedback on our services, received support as well as customer service. The survey is now closed and we have received valuable feedback, as well as constructive comments.
