Emma joined hSo in January 2013 to head up the Customer Services Centre.
Before this, she spent 15 years working for Barts and the London NHS Trust as Manager of the service desk, supporting over 22,000 customers across 200 sites. Under Emma’s leadership, Barts became the first acute trust to achieve certification to BS7799/ISO27001 in Information Security. Emma also successfully steered Barts towards accreditation from Connecting for Health in recognition of its ITIL compliant service desk.
Emma has a management Diploma and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
