Dedicated PBX

Onsite or hosted

Perhaps your business requires your own PBX for compliance or integration purposes.

We offer various options to implement reliable telephony in an IP environment, including hosted and onsite options. Ask our experts which suits your business best.

Why choose hSo for Dedicated IP PBXs?

Multi-site

Power your phones in your various offices, while also serving remote staff.

Call quality

We can ensure call quality by combining PBX hardware, phones and circuits with MPLS QoS to prioritise call traffic.

Feature-rich

Benefit from features such as hunt groups and auto attendant.

24/7 UK Support

Our UK-based team is constantly available for dependable technical support.

Lower phone bills

We can use SIP Trunking to reduce or eliminate ISDN circuit costs, and cut your call charges.

Managed for you

We can manage everything – from transferring your numbers to providing ongoing maintenance.

Additional Benefits

Service robustness

Our phone solutions are powered by a geographically separated soft-switch spread across multiple data centres. We have multiple interconnects to the public telephone network, from multiple suppliers, in multiple locations.

Your own PBX

Most hosted PBX providers force you to share a PBX with other clients. We can give each of our clients their own separate PBX hosted on its own virtual server. This provides a level of security and reliability that shared PBXs can’t match.

Choice of set-up

You can choose whether to run a new IP PBX alongside your old PBX for a gradual migration, or simply replace it completely. You could host your IP PBX off-site in one of our secure data centres, from where it can serve several different sites.

Experience

hSo has been successfully deploying business phone systems over converged networks for over 10 years and we're a long-term partner of leading manufacturer Mitel. Trust us to deploy your VoIP smoothly.

Reliable

hSo’s non-stop, pro-active monitoring service is backed by industry-leading SLAs.

Ideal for remote working

The IP PBX integrates with desktop software to allow staff working remotely to access all the phone system features they’d get in the office, without needing a physical phone.
