Later this year, we will be launching hSo ADSL2+ services with a new resilient interconnect between hSo's MPLS network and BT's 21CN broadband network.

So what is ADSL2+?
Fundamentally hSo ADSL2+ is an upgraded version of our existing ADSL services—offering the possibility of higher speeds on your broadband.

Unlike current services, hSo ADSL2+ does not have contention rates. Instead, each product offers a guaranteed throughput at all times—specifically during peak usage times.

The most significant benefit of hSo ADSL2+ is that it no longer limits you to fixed bandwidth speeds, with maximum download speeds reaching up to 24 Mbit/s and improved upload speeds.

So what does that mean for you?
As an existing hSo ADSL customer you can still buy/upgrade to the various Home/Office products we have previously provided to you.

We aim to gradually migrate all customers on existing hSo ADSL services to appropriate ADSL2+ services (subject to the relevant BT exchange supporting ADSL2+ services).

Initially hSo will be offering two ADSL2+ services: Broadband Pro and Broadband Premium MPLS.
