We think it is time we recognised the contribution customer recommendations make to our success.

Just let your account manager know, and they'll take it from there. If the company you let us know about signs up with hSo on a contract worth £6,000 or more, we'll give you a free iPod touch.

Business Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion")

By taking part in the HighSpeed Office Limited ("hSo") Promotion you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. This promotion is open to those aged 18 or over.
  2. Employees of hSo cannot take part in this Promotion.
  3. Before submitting the contact details of any business (the name of an individual in a business and/or the name of a business) to hSo for this promotion, you must ensure that you have permission from the named person or business for them to be contacted.
  4. In order to be considered as a successful referral any individual/business you recommend must:
    1. sign up to an hSo service within 6 months from the date you recommend them; and
    2. sign and accept the hSo order form and standard terms and conditions of service; and
    3. have an hSo service(s) contract value of greater than £6000; and
    4. not already be an existing hSo customer or sales prospect at the time you recommend them to hSo; and
    5. pass any necessary credit checks and name checks reasonably required by hSo in order to prove that the referral is valid and able to pay their telecommunication bills each month.
  1. For each successful customer referral you shall receive an iPod touch which will be dispatched within 28 working days from the date of the service commencement date for the referral.
  2. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. However, the Promotion is limited to only one iPod touch per successful referral.
  3. Your iPod touch cannot be exchanged for cash. There is no cash alternative. The marketing department of hSo reserves the right to substitute products with a similar value if for any reason the iPod touch is unavailable.
  4. Any fraudulent, dishonest or false registration to hSo under this promotion shall result in you the referrer being refused an iPod touch or being asked to return your iPod touch.
  5. hSo may withdraw or amend the terms of this promotion at any time and without notice.
  6. This Promotion is governed by the laws of England.
