hSo scores 100% in Customer Satisfaction survey

In our most recent customer service survey, conducted in January, hSo scored 100% for customer satisfaction – not a single respondent judged our incident handling unsatisfactory.

Managing Director, Chris Evans had this to say, “Customer service is an area that we pride ourselves in and we regularly carry out surveys to identify customer concerns and improve our services.

We are delighted with these recent results as they serve to highlight just how much work we have put into this area, however we are fully aware that in support you are only as good as your last incident and we are determined not to be caught resting on our laurels.”
