Copal Partners choose Mitel Phone System from hSo

The credit crunch may have wounded some big name banks, but there are financial firms out there which are still thriving. Among them is Copal Partners, an outsourcing firm for financial companies.

Copal Partners has seen strong growth in the demand for its services. So much so that the firm moved its London-based staff from a serviced office to larger premises at 1 Knightsbridge Green. However, this presented a problem.

In moving, Copal Partners lost access to the shared phone system that had been provided at their previous office.  Copal needed to be able to get a replacement up and running fast, so they turned to hSo.

hSo was able to provide Copal Partners with a fully-managed Mitel phone system and connect it to the phone network using SIP Trunks. The solution enabled Copal Partners to get connected rapidly over hSo's existing fibre network, without having to wait months for traditional ISDN30 circuits to be installed.
