HighSpeed Office Limited ("hSo") respects the right to privacy and this privacy statement intends to reflect the trust visitors place in us by providing personal information.

Personal information may also be used for customer administration and technical administration purposes.
A Cookie is a piece of data stored on a user's hard drive containing information about the user. hSo has the facility to use cookies on our websites to track the interests of our visitors and subsequently enhance our websites. At present this is not done. If your browser rejects cookies, you may still use the websites.
hSo may from time to time use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the website and track visitors' movements through the website. IP addresses are normally not linked to personally identifiable information.
If you download one of our free guides after clicking on one of our Google ads, we inform Google of this, so that Google can provide us with performance measurements that help us improve the effectiveness of our ad campaigns. We don't share your name, email address or phone number with Google.
If you use our leased lines pricing tool, we will request pricing from a number of wholesale connectivity suppliers, using the postcode(s) that you have requested a quote for.
hSo has implemented security policies and technical measures to protect personal information under our control from:

- Unlawful destruction or accidental loss
Although we do not knowingly collect personal data from children, we do comply with the Children's online Privacy Protection Act 1988 and all other applicable laws. hSo recommends that children ask a parent or guardian for permission before sending personal information to hSo or any other person or website.
If your personal information changes or if you no longer wish to receive our service, please let us know and we will erase, rectify, complete or amend your details. This can be done by emailing us at customerservices@hso.co.uk.
